Orders are placed in increments of 10 units. Our headsets are packaged in master cartons of 10 units.

Yes. Orders of 100 units can be placed directly through the website. If you are requesting custom headset bags, please contact sales@koreheadset.com directly so we can coordinate those details separately.

All wholesale orders are prepaid prior to shipment. Net terms are available for orders of 50+ units upon credit approval. To request Net terms, please contact us directly at sales@koreheadset.com.

Shipping from our California warehouse is covered by the dealer unless otherwise agreed.

KORE Aviation provides a manufacturer’s warranty within the United States. For warranty claims, shipping to and from the U.S. is covered by the dealer unless otherwise arranged.

Yes, our headsets fit comfortably over glasses. The soft gel ear seals included with the KA-1 headset adjust around the arms of your glasses to keep the headset comfortable while maintaining a good seal.
